Palletizer Project

Palletizing robots are common place in packaging facilities of all types. From boxes filled with food items to bags filled with abrasives, lifting and stacking these items on pallets daily is laborious and time consuming. With that in mind MAC Engineering has provided several systems to customers that range from fully automated with pallet dispensing and wrapping, to semi automated requiring the operators to load fresh pallets and unload completed pallets. This particular customer had an existing palletizing robot that needed additional programming and updating for new box sizes and pallet layouts. MAC Engineering provided the engineering and programming to get their line updated and back into production.
