CRYSTALIZER PROJECT

This Crystalizer is a critical component to the plastic extrusion manufacturing process. When the crystalizer stopped functioning properly, MAC Engineering was called in to diagnose the issues and recommend steps to repair, replace, and/or update the equipment. In this case some wiring repair, sensor replacement, and program updates were necessary to get the crystalizer back to factory operation. Once the diagnostics were complete and the recommendations discussed with the ownership, MAC Engineering made the repairs. With the crystalizer repaired the plastic extrusion process is able to perform correctly and efficiently, which yields positive margins for the company.
